摘要
平安百年品质工程创建是推动构建现代化交通基础设施质量安全管理体系建设,推进高水平建造和精细化管理的现实需要.依托北京至哈尔滨高速公路绥中(冀辽界)至盘锦段改扩建项目,从设计、质量、安全、绿色、技术创新等方面提出了创建平安百年品质工程的思考与实践,提升项目实体的安全性和耐久性,形成可示范、可推广、可复制的建设经验,推动交通运输基础设施建设高质量发展.
Abstract
The establishment of Ping An's 100-year quality project is a practical need to promote the construction of a modern transportation infrastructure quality and safety management system,and to promote high-level construction and refined management.Relying on the reconstruction and expansion project of the Suizhong(Hebei-Liaojie)to Panjin section of the Beijing-Harbin expressway,the thinking and practice of creating Ping An's 100-year quality project are put forward from the aspects of design,quality,safety,green,and technological innovation,so as to improve the safety and durability of the project entity,form a construction experience that can be demonstrated,promoted,and replicated,and promote the high-quality development of transportation infrastructure construction.
