碳纳米管改性沥青主曲线研究

选取90号基质沥青并掺拌总质量1%、2%、3%的碳纳米管,对碳纳米管改性沥青进行常规性能试验和动态剪切流变试验,基于时温等效原理确定不同掺量的碳纳米管改性沥青复数模量主曲线.结果表明:随着碳纳米管掺量的增加,改性沥青的高温稳定性,抗剪切能力均逐渐增加;利用sigmoidal拟合的复数模量主曲线预测了碳纳米管改性沥青在较宽频率范围内的黏弹性指标,温度与位移因子拟合的一次函数相关系数大于0.996,相关性较高.
Study on the main carve of carbon nanotubes modified asphalt
Matrix asphalt No.90 was selected and mixed with carbon nanotubes with a total mass of 1%,2%and 3%.Conventional performance tests and dynamic shear rheological tests were carried out on carbon nanotube modified asphalt,and the main curves of complex modulus of carbon nanotube modified asphalt with different content were determined based on the time-temperature equivalence principle.The results show that the high temperature stability and shear resistance of modified asphalt increase with the increase of carbon nanotubes content.The viscoelastic index of carbon nanotubes in a wide frequency range was predicted using the complex modulus master curve fitted by sigmoidal.The first order function fitted by temperature displacement factor showed a high correlation coefficient greater than 0.996.
