Effect of storage humidity and time on properties of rapid hardening and high strength mortar
Storage humidity and time are the key factors to control the quality and performance of rapid hardening and high-strength mortar.Under improper storage conditions or long-term storage conditions,the quality stability of rapid hardening and high-strength mortar deteriorates.In order to explore the influence law of storage humidity and time on the performance of rapid hardening and high-strength mortar,this paper sets three kinds of storage humidity and four kinds of storage time,tests the setting time,working performance and mechanical properties of rapid hardening and high-strength mortar under different storage conditions,and explores its performance change law and optimal storage conditions.The results show that with the increase of storage humidity and time,the setting time of rapid hardening and high-strength mortar becomes longer,the fluidity increases,and the loss of fluidity over time also decreases,but the compressive strength of mortar,especially the early compressive strength,decreases significantly.Comprehensive analysis of the performance test results shows that when the ambient relative humidity is less than 40%and the storage time is less than 72 h,the quality stability of fast hardening high-strength mortar is better.
