Feasibility study on the turnaround interchange scheme under narrow and long terrain conditions in mountain areas
The design scheme of interchange under narrow terrain conditions in mountainous areas was discussed,and it was found that the auxiliary lane turning and detouring interchange scheme has good coordination with terrain and topography,small scale,low investment,and obvious advantages.It can be used as the optimal interchange scheme under narrow terrain conditions.Analyzing the traffic capacity,obtaining the relationship between the length of the weaving section and the flow rate ratio,the density of traffic flow in the weaving section,and the minimum length of the auxiliary lane under different driving speeds and flow rate ratios can provide a basis for similar project design and research.
