摘要
为保证公路水运工程质量,推动质量检测行业发展,强化质量检测市场监管,通过组织检测机构进行比对试验的方式,监控质量检测机构的技术及管理水平.介绍比对试验计划开展的依据、比对计划的制定和运作、参加者能力评价方法和评价准则的选择、结果对参加者造成的影响等,并在比对试验实施中提出了新要求,保证比对试验的严谨性、科学性.
Abstract
To ensure the quality of highway and waterway engineering,promote the development of the quality inspection industry,strengthen market supervision of quality inspection,and monitor the technical and management level of quality inspection institutions through inter laboratory comparisons.Introduce the basis for conducting inter laboratory comparison plans,the development and operation of comparison plans,the selection of participant ability evaluation methods and evaluation criteria,the impact of results on participants,etc.,and put forward new requirements in the implementation of comparison experiments to ensure the rigor and scientificity of inter laboratory comparisons.
