智能时代教学生态系统:表征形态、潜在风险与实践向度

教学生态系统是教育场域内部各要素之间及各要素与外部环境共同作用而形成的动态整体.智能技术对教学生态系统的迭代升级产生了革命性影响,其内部各个要素将呈现新的表征形态,即教学生态主体从在场交互转变为人机交互;生态介体从大规模集体授课转变为个性定制教学;生态环体从固定物理空间变为虚实结合的多维空间.人工智能热潮狂飙猛进,也引发教学生态系统的多重潜在风险:过度依赖智能技术,诱发生态主体弱化;智能算法精准推送,造成生态介体低质化、同质化;虚实空间边界模糊,引发生态环体失真.为了促进智能时代教学生态系统动态、平衡发展,应明晰生态主体角色定位,探求人机共生关系;发挥智能技术中轴作用,靶向核心素养培育;创设虚实交互教学环境,加强情感补位作用;遵从整体性原则,构建高质量智能教学生态.
The Teaching Ecosystem in the Intelligent Era:Representational Forms,Potential Risks,and Practical Dimensions
The teaching ecosystem is a dynamic entirety formed by the interaction between vari-ous elements within the educational field and the external environment.Intelligent technology has a revolutionary impact on the iterative upgrading of the teaching ecosystem,and its internal elements will present new forms of representation.The main body of the teaching ecosystem will transform from on-site interaction to human-computer interaction;Ecological mediators will shift from large-scale collective teaching to personalized and customized teaching;The ecological environment will be transformed from a fixed physical space to a multidimensional space that combines virtual and real elements.The rapid development of artificial intelligence has also triggered multiple potential risks in the teaching ecosystem:excessive reliance on intelligent technology leads to the weakening of eco-logical subjects;The precise push of intelligent algorithms leads to the degradation and homogeniza-tion of ecological mediators;The blurry boundary between virtual and real space leads to distortion of the ecological environment.In order to promote the dynamic and balanced development of the teaching ecosystem in the intelligent era,it is necessary to clarify the role positioning of ecological subjects and explore the symbiotic relationship between humans and machines;Play the central role of intelligent technology and target the cultivation of core competencies;Create an interactive teach-ing environment between virtual and real,and strengthen the role of emotional reinforcement;Ad-here to the principle of integrity and build a high-quality intelligent teaching ecosystem.
