空间正义视域下"课间圈养"的伦理学审思

学校空间正义是学校教育空间生产的重要伦理范畴,其意在强调所有教育主体都有获得公正的空间发展的机会与权利,以此满足人全面自由发展的主体需求,凸显教育正义的伦理精神."课间圈养"产生的空间剥夺、空间挤压、空间压迫现象,偏离了空间价值正义、空间生产正义、空间权力正义的伦理准则,最终阻碍了学生的身心健康成长.为从根本上纾解"课间圈养"造成的不良后果,回归学校教育空间正义性的伦理导向,必须贯彻人本性伦理原则,赋义庇护性场所精神,多方协同重塑安全生态.
The Ethical Reflection on"Playtime Confinement in Schools"from the Perspective of Spatial Justice
Spatial justice is an important ethical category in the production of educational space in schools,which emphasizes that all educational subjects have the opportunity and right to obtain fair spatial development,in order to meet the subjective needs of comprehensive and free develop-ment of human beings,and highlight the ethical spirit of educational justice.The phenomenon of spatial deprivation,spatial compression,and spatial oppression caused by"playtime confinement"deviates from the ethical principles of spatial value justice,spatial production justice,and spatial power justice,ultimately hindering the physical and mental health growth of students.In order to fundamentally alleviate the negative consequences caused by"playtime confinement"and return to the ethical orientation of school education space justice,it is necessary to implement the ethical principles of human nature,endow the spirit of sheltered places,and work together to reshape the safety ecology.
