From"Countryside"to"County":The Development of Localization in Rural Education,The Possibility and Realization of County-level Transition
The local development of rural education is an important starting point to activate the local cultural value and promote the modernization of rural education.Most of the existing studies have assumed that the interpretation space of the localized development of rural education is in the rural area by default.However,this kind of theory tends to ignore the problem of the separation of theory and reality caused by the disappearance of the landscape of rural education,and easily leads to the recognition of the injustice of rural education,and makes the romanticized narrative of rural education deviate from the government logic.By raising the academic perspective to the county space,it is found that the dominant advantage of administrative structure and the inherent empower-ment of local culture make it possible for rural education to turn to the county area in the localization development.Through the construction of the county school community,the development of the"In-ternet+local"education model,and the scientific orientation of local education reform to help the local development of rural education,it can promote the real realization of the county development of localization in rural education.
