数字化技术赋能学校德育的发展契机、现实挑战与应对理路

"数字技术+德育"的模式为落实立德树人的根本任务注入了新鲜活力,也为学校德育改革带来崭新契机.数字化如何赋能学校德育成为新时代提升德育教学高质量发展的重要课题.数字化技术赋能使得学校德育的育人场域、教学方式、教学评价和师生关系等产生重构,同时也带来诸多挑战.一方面,数字化技术赋能学校德育有效实现供给与需求的动态平衡、创新推动教育方式的多元化发展、积极推动学校德育的精准化发展、有力促进德育评价的立体化开展;另一方面,数字化技术赋能学校德育引发范式统合与规范分殊问题、数字异化问题、技术逻辑与价值引领间的张力问题等.树立德育数字化基本理念、优化德育数字化生态环境、完善数字化技术德育体系等,以有效化解数字化技术赋能德育所引发的各项风险.
The Development Opportunities,Realistic Challenges,and Response Strategies of Empowering School Moral Education with Digital Technology
The mode of"digital technology+moral education"has injected fresh vitality into the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating people,and also brought a new opportunity for school moral education reform.How to empower school moral education with digitalization has be-come an important topic to enhance the high-quality development of moral education teaching in the new era.The digital technology enables the reconstruction of the education field,teaching method,teaching evaluation and teacher-student relationship of school moral education,but also brings many challenges.On the one hand,digital technology enables school moral education to effectively achieve a dynamic balance between supply and demand,innovatively promote the diversified development of education methods,actively promote the precise development of school moral education,and effec-tively promote the three-dimensional development of moral education evaluation.On the other hand,digital technology enables school moral education to cause the problems of paradigm integration and standard differentiation,digital alienation,and the tension between technical logic and value guid-ance.In this regard,it is necessary to establish the basic concept of digitalized moral education,op-timize the ecological environment of digitalized moral education,improve the moral education system of digital technology,and effectively resolve the risks caused by digital technology to empower moral education.
