在速度至上、效率优先的现代社会,教师的时间常常被异化.他们受时间裹挟,不能自由地支配时间,成为时间的工具,这种异化表征为无限延长的工作时间、失却连续的断裂时间、缺少边界的模糊时间、无法控制的加速时间、失去自我的规训时间与缺乏效率的平庸时间.究其缘由,主要在于网络技术打破时间边界、钟表时间重视速度、行政部门传导压力与学校管理追求效率等因素的相互叠加.对此,教师自身应加强信息管控力,合理利用网络资源;政府要厘清教师职责边界,使其摆脱案牍之劳形;学校应克服时间功利倾向,给教师时间"留白",赋予教师自由时间,让他们安心教学.
The Representation and Restoration of the Teacher Time Alienation
In a modern society where speed is paramount and efficiency comes first,the teachers's time is often alienated.They are bound by time,cannot freely control time,and become the tools of time.This form of alienation is represented as indefinitely prolonged working time,discontinuous frac-tured time,lack boundary of fuzzy time,out of control acceleration time,lost myself of discipline time and lack efficiency of mediocre time.Network technology breaking temporal boundary,clock time stressing efficiency,executive branch conducing pressure,and school management pursuing effiency,which lead to the teachers time alienation.Therefore,the teachers should improve informa-tion control force and use network resources reasonably.The government should clarify teachers'duty border and ridding busy.The school should overcome time utilitarian tendencies,staying teachers'time,granting teachers'free time,which can impel them to teach in peace.
