A Theoretical Reflection and Its Path Exploration on School Choice Governance
Although the governance of school choice based on the principle of distributive jus-tice has effectively promoted the balanced development of compulsory education in the region,it still fails to block parents'"intention of school choice".The balance of educational resources is not equal to the balance of education,and the governance of school choice requires a change in thinking.By suspending the concept of fairness and returning to the fact of"school choice"itself,we can re-ex-amine the justice principle of school choice governance.The ability approach of children's justice aims at promoting children's development fairly,overcoming trust crisis in public care,cultivating institutional trust,and promoting collaborative governance in school choice.
