The"Responsible Innovation"Shift in the Governance of AI Risk in Education
With the rapid development of artificial intelligence and its deepening application in education,technological risks are increasing,and it is difficult to identify the potential risks,clarify the"subject identity"under the confinement of technology,integrate the trust mechanism among ed-ucational subjects,and measure the"bias"of education under the technical rationality.As a new strategic concept of technology development after"sustainable development","responsible innova-tion"seeks to shift the risk governance of educational AI from this perspective,which mainly in-volves forward-looking concern in the prediction dimension,subject interaction in the reflection di-mension,inclusive game in the negotiation dimension,and dynamic adjustment in the feedback di-mension.Accordingly,we propose the path of"responsible innovation"for AI risk management in e-ducation:to build a forward-looking early warning mechanism in the prediction dimension,and to achieve"disease prevention"by technology empowerment;to strengthen the interactive role identifi-cation in the reflection dimension,and to return to"subject perfection"by moral materialization;and to pay attention to the indusive consultation and co-governance in the negotiation dimension,and gather"the trust consensus"with collective responsibility;at the level of feedback,we provide dynamic adjustment space,and integrate"technical bias"with value care.
