The Problem Examination and Improvement Strategies of Teachers'Teaching and Research from the Perspective of Social Capital
Teachers'teaching and research should be shifted from the human capital of individ-ual vertical development to the social capital of teachers'interaction.From the perspective of social capital,teachers'teaching and research have some problems,such as weak tools,lack of planning rules and unfair division of labor.Creating and maintaining teachers'interaction on the basis of the intangible relationship network and tangible material of social capital is a new perspective to improve teachers'teaching and research.The reconstruction of teachers'social capital in teaching and re-search is the coordinated development of exchange,distribution and production among the members.The direction of promoting the continuous and stable teaching and research is to create production between material tools and psychological tools,is the flexible exchange between rules constraint and rules flexibility,and is the reasonable distribution between technical division and status division.
