智能时代的教师身份认同:内涵、危机与应对

教师的身份认同包括角色认同、职业认同和专业认同三个方面.随着人工智能技术的快速发展及其应用场域的广泛拓展,人工智能的类人性与高度智能化等特征给教师带来了巨大的挑战.在智能时代,教师的传统角色权威被削弱,其职业地位面临着被替代的威胁,师者独特的专业技能优势也受到打压,人工智能的冲击动摇了教师的身份认同.为化解上述危机,更好地完成立德树人的使命,教师应当重新审视自身角色定位,不断强化其角色意义;正确看待人工智能技术带来的教育变革,坚定职业自信心;大力提升专业素养,在人机协同的实践中强化专业认同.
Teachers'Identity in the Intelligent Age:Its Connotation,Crisis,and Countermeasures
Teachers'identity includes three aspects:role identity,occupational identity and professional identity.With the rapid development of Al technology and the wide expansion of its ap-plication field,AI's features such as human-like nature and high degree of intelligence have brought great challenges to teachers.In the age of intelligence,the authority of teachers'traditional roles is weakened,and their occupational status is facing the threat of being replaced.Meanwhile,the advantages of teachers'unique expertise is suppressed.In a word,the impact of artificial intelli-gence shakes the identity of teachers.In order to resolve the above crises and foster students'morality and cultivate their talent,teachers should re-examine their self-orientation and continuously strengthen their sense of role.In addition,teachers should correctly view the educational changes brought by Al technology and firmly establish their occupational confidence;they should also vigor-ously improve their professionalism and strengthen their professional identity in the practice of hu-man-machine collaboration.
