The learning view is a fundamental concept about the phenomenon and issues of stu-dent knowledge learning,with its core being the recognition of the value of knowledge learning for student development.The learning view has its inherent developmental laws,which reflects its ques-tioning about the essence of knowledge learning,its reflection on value,and its expression of lan-guage and also reflects the internal logic,value logic,and discourse logic of its changes and devel-opment.Looking back on the history of basic education curriculum reform since the 21st century,the value orientation of knowledge learning has shifted from a single value choice to a multi-dimensional value integration,the organization of teaching contents has shifted from one-sided knowledge acqui-sition to holistic experience reconstruction,the learning mode has shifted from closed,static listen-ing to comprehensive subject-based practice,and the evaluation of teaching has shifted from out-come-oriented selection to process-oriented emphasis on the cultivation of qualities.Together,they present the basic picture of the transformation of the learning view.In the era of core competencies,the practical approach to the learning view is to base it on the value of knowledge education in culti-vating human beings,and to enable knowledge to empower the development of student competen-cies;to seek the meaningful belonging for curriculum knowledge based on context and structure;to focus on subject-based practice activities to optimize the learning process;and to promote effective knowledge learning through diagnosis and improvement.
