数智时代的情感教育对学生精神世界的陶冶和心灵家园的丰盈,具有非比寻常的价值.然而,以精确高效著称的智能技术,一经涌现便受到人类竞相追捧,颇有"机师"占据育情中心、"人师"退居育情边缘之势."机师"只具有"一般情感能力",不具备"智慧情感能力","机师"垄断、"人师"退场可能导致学生情感诉求得不到满足、情感素质得不到发展.因此,数智时代的情感教育需要"人师"的重新返场,人类教师通过不断提升价值引导力、理解共鸣力、互动变通力和表达灵动力,练就无法被技术取代的"智慧情感能力".
The Absence and Return of"Human Teachers"Cultivation of Emotions in the Era of Digital Intelligence
Emotional education in the era of digital intelligence has extraordinary value in culti-vating students'spiritual world and enriching their spiritual homeland.However,intelligent tech-nologies,known for their precision and high efficiency,have been eagerly pursued by humans once they emerged,and there is quite a tendency that"machine teachers"occupy the center of emotional cultivation while"human teachers"are relegated to the edge of it.Since"machine teachers"only possess"general emotional abilities"and do not have"intelligent emotional abilities",the result of the monopoly of"machine teachers"and the withdrawal of"human teachers"can only lead to the sit-uation that students'emotional demands are not met and their emotional qualities cannot be devel-oped.Therefore,emotional education in the era of digital intelligence precisely requires the return of"human teachers".By continuously enhancing their value guidance ability,understanding and reso-nance ability,interactive adaptability and expressive flexibility,they can aquire the"intelligent e-motional abilities"that cannot be replaced by technology.
