An Analysis of the Precision-co-governance"Management Model for Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities under the"Big Ideological and Political Education"Pattern
Since the new era,ideological and political education has achieved leapfrog development,and the"big ideological and political education"pattern has gradually formed,and its management model has also been constantly innovating in exploration.Based on this background,this paper analyzes the achievements and problems of the management of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,as well as the new characteristics highlighted in the new era,and innovatively proposes the"precision-co-governance"management innovation model of ideological and political education under the"big ideological and political education"pattern.From the perspectives of building organizational structure and operation mechanism,innovating content carrier and form method,and improving management and education function,it puts forward the implementation path of the new model,aiming to provide some reference and inspiration for the theory and practice of the management of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
