The development of big data,artificial intelligence and blockchain has had a profound impact on the way higher education is conducted.The birth of the new liberal arts construction is closely related to it,and has gradually become a hot topic in the field of higher education.As an important part of the construction of new liberal arts,digital legal education has attracted much attention.The construction of the new liberal arts puts forward new requirements for the educational concept,educational model and talent training objectives of digital legal education.However,digital legal education is a long-term project,which is faced with many controversies and challenges in the initial stage of development.The imperfection of digital education technology,the difficulty of individualized development of students,the high cost of digital legal education,and the unformed subject system of digital law are all urgent problems to be solved.However,the transformation of digital legal education meets the needs of social development and is irreversible.To solve the problems in digital legal education through the improvement of relevant supporting systems and the construction of legal education platform is an important way to cultivate high-quality composite talents.
