"Four Points"and"Three Dimensions"of Developing Discipline Core Literacy Based on Discipline Practice
Cultivating students'core literacy is the value goal of subject teaching under the background of deepening curriculum reform of basic education.However,there are realities in the implementation level.The static performance of subject knowledge is to attach importance to facts and neglect understanding.The de-contextualization of problem solving is characterized by emphasizing program but neglecting content.The marginalization of subject thinking is characterized by emphasizing explicitness and neglecting implicitness.Discipline practice provides the possibility to break through the above reality because it has the"four fulcrums"to support the core literacy of the discipline,that is,to pursue the essence of discipline knowledge as the starting point,to solve the real problems of the discipline as the key point,to break through the high-order thinking of the discipline and to realize the education of the discipline as the foothold.Based on these four fulcrums,the"three-dimensional path"of discipline core literacy is constructed:relying on practical activities to promote the internalization of discipline knowledge,creating a real situation to realize problem solving drive and building a problem scaffold to support the occurrence of higher-order thinking.
