The Mechanism,Process, and Influencing Factors of Teaching Continuation Task of Translation Under Script Theory
As a specialized knowledge structure, script represents the predications of standards, effects and outcomes in continuation task in translation. However, few studies have focused on script's role in continuation task of translation. This article launches a theoretical exploration in this field with the research questions of why and how it can be applied, and the factors that affect its application.Research has shown that the mechanisms of expectation, cue, memory, and interaction support the application of scripts in continuation task of translation, which can be applied into three stages:planning, adapting and applying. The flexibility of script structural units, the multifaceted nature of script composition, the quality and quantity of script reference objects, and the subjective factors of students'learning, will influence the application of scripts. The relevant research is worth further exploration.
