Ye Lingfeng,a writer from Jiangsu Province,focuses on the creation of modern novels in the 1930s.His novels such as Red Angel,Time Girl,Unfinished Confessions and Permanent Woman contain typical personal writing characteristics.His novels focus on the urban love of young men and women,pay attention to the analysis of the spiritual world of the characters,delve into the secret psychology of the characters,depict the tragic love,and reveal jealousy and weakness of the human.Ye Lingfeng's novel creation in the 1930s is not only a continuation of his love novels in the 1920s,but also reflects the pursuit of modernity under the envelope of urban love.Through retrospecting Ye Lyngen's novels in the 1930s,this paper explains his personal writing characteristics focusing on urban love,so as to further promote the study of Ye Lingfeng in academic circles.
