The Occurrence Mechanism and Effectiveness Improvement Mechanism of Youth Role Model Education in the New Era
Faced with the complex and diverse intelligent social environment,current youth role model education still faces challenges such as the mismatch between role model expectations and image,the imbalance between supply and demand of role model education,the gap between input and output of role model education,and the mismatch between role model image and effectiveness,In response to these practical challenges,critically drawing on social learning theories the paper focuses on the functions and roles of role model cognition,role model identification,role model imitation,and role model behavior in the process of youth role model education.The mechanism of youth role model education is presented in a schematic manner.Then,the mechanism for improving the effectiveness of youth role model education is explored from four aspects:constructing intersubjective thinking,establishing a supply-demand balance thinking,practicing the concept of integrating knowledge and action and describing the symbiotic landscape.
