Research on the Transformation and Development of Application-Oriented Undergraduate Universities Based on Resource Orchestration Theory——Taking the Transformation and Development of Minjiang University as an Example
Aimed at the transformation issues of application-oriented undergraduate colleges, this study constructs a theoretical framework for the transformation mechanism of application-oriented undergraduate colleges from the perspective of resource orchestration theory. The framework includes two aspects:transformation factors and transformation stages. The transformation factors include resources, environment, subjects, and systems. The transformation stages include four stages:resource acquisition, resource integration, resource utilization, and resource optimization. Then, through the case analysis of Minjiang University, the scientific nature of this theoretical framework is explained, and the theory is concretized into four aspects of transformation measures:clear positioning,in-depth integration, outstanding application, and cyclic optimization. The research not only expands the application of resource orchestration theory in the field of university transformation theoretically, but also provides useful references for the application-oriented transformation of local colleges in practice.
