新质生产力"新结构"理念下大师范教育体系的建构

新质生产力作为马克思主义中国化创新性的生产力理论,强调生产要素的优化组合,从而激活更大的创新动力,因而具有"新结构"的基本特征.借用新质生产力的"新结构"理念观照师范教育和教师教育体系,发现二者均存在结构性矛盾.新师范教育体系过于强化学历提升而造成了师范院校内部资源浪费,也导致师范教育实践性弱化;教师教育体系因为综合性大学与师范院校存在"师范性"与"学术性"的对立而在教师培养上呈现分离状态.在"新结构"理念启发下,构建师范大学、师范学院、师范专科学校三级一体的内循环体系,同时构建师范院校与综合性大学相互支持的外循环体系,形成三级一体、两列共育的大师范教育体系,对破解目前师范教育改革难点具有可行的实践意义.
The Construction of Teacher Education System under the Concept of"New Structure"of New Productivity
As a Marxist innovative productivity theory in China,new quality productivity emphasizes the optimal combination of production factors to activate greater innovation power,so it has the basic characteristics of"new structure".Using the concept of"new structure"of new quality productivity,it is found that there are structural contradictions in both normal education and teacher education.The new normal education system overemphasizes the promotion of academic qualifications,resulting in the waste of internal resources in normal colleges,and also leads to the weakening of the practice of normal education.The teacher education system is separated in teacher training because of the opposition of"normal"and"academic"between comprehensive universities and normal colleges.Inspired by the concept of"new structure",it is feasible and practical to construct an inner circulation system of normal universities,normal colleges and normal junior colleges,and an outer circulation system of mutual support between normal colleges and comprehensive universities to form a large normal education system of three levels in one and two co-education,which is of great significance to solve the difficulties in the current reform of normal education.
