Research on the Construction of the Rural Governance Credit System in the Perspective of Volunteer Participation
The rural governance credit system,as a new type of grass-roots unit governance system,is an important step in the construction of soft laws for the rule of law in grass-roots governance, and it has achieved the certain level of results in the rural revitalization. However,in the practice process, due to the short time of development, rural governance credit system still has potential problems, such as the weak continuity of the system, the limited scope of the credit system and generalized governance of affairs. In targeting above problems, based on the theoretical analysis of volunteer service, this paper conducts the optimization and improvement from four paths:the model construction, incentive measures, supervision and management, and rule construction. It constructs a rural governance credit system in the perspective of volunteer participation,to achieve the positive role in the improvement of rural governance efficiency, and the promotion of rural revitalization.
