After class teaching skills are not only a promotion of knowledge learning for normal students,but also a self-analysis and cognitive enhancement of classroom teaching.This study first discusses the importance of after-school teaching skills among normal students,and further conducts an empirical investigation on their after-class teaching skills by using SPSS statistical analysis software.The results show that normal students have low levels of teaching reflection skills and teaching research skills.On this basis,improvement strategies were proposed to promote the effectiveness and completeness of after-class teaching skills for English normal students step by step.
