Archival work is a very important component of university work,and it is also a crucial groundwork for universities.Archives record the university's educational history and play a significant role in providing guidance and evidence for various aspects of university work.However,with the rapid development of higher education,the archival work of universities is constantly facing various problems and challenges.How to better utilize archives to serve various tasks in universities is of great research significance.The author analyzed the current situation of archival work in domestic universities and summarized the shortcomings of archival work in universities.Based on the analysis,some innovative strategies and measures in the work of university archives were elaborated.This paper further pointed out that in order to achieve high-quality development,it is necessary to change the working conception and innovate constantly.
