Reflection on the Teaching of Physical Education Knowledge in Chinese Universities from a Humanistic Perspective
Knowledge is an indispensable and substantial part of teaching.However,this does not mean that knowledge teaching is carried out only based on the value of physical education knowledge,follow the logic of physical education knowledge,and focus on memorizing physical education knowledge.The idea of knowledge-centered teaching actually exists in the teaching of physical education knowledge,leading to students'passive,one-sided and shallow development.The fundamental goal of teaching is to develop people.So teaching must stimulate learning motivation,follow cognitive laws,and ultimately implement human development.This study constructs a university sports knowledge teaching that serves people from a humanistic perspective,aiming to promote the active,comprehensive,and deep development of students'sports literacy.
