Rural landscape evaluation is an important foundation for rural landscape planning and designing,and provides a basis for the planning and construction of rural landscape.Based on literature review and field questionnaire survey,this paper constructed an environmental landscape evaluation system of rural settlement of north of Anhui province from five criteria and twenty-four factor levels of convenience,health,safety,comfort and culture.Through the subjective and objective evaluation and analysis of the rural settlement environment landscape in Xiaoxian county,the results showed that the villagers'gender was positively correlated with safety and comfort,age was positively correlated with health and safety,and culture was negatively correlated,education and health were positively correlated,family income and all indicators present positive correlation,and there were no obvious correlation between the professional and all indicators.Landscape infrastructure of rural settlement was imperfect.Besides,there were chaotic landscape and prominent problems in rural culture.And we put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,so as to provide reference for environment landscape characters of rural settlement in north of Anhui province.
