外源硝普钠对青钱柳叶片内活性物质含量和体外抗氧化能力的影响

The Effect of Exogenous Sodium Nitroprusside on Contents of Active Substances and in-Vitro Antioxidant Capacity of Cyclocarya paliurus Leaves

通过研究外源物质硝普钠对青钱柳叶片内活性物质(总黄酮、总三萜、总多酚、多糖)含量和抗氧化能力,为青钱柳活性成分的开发利用提供参考.设置对照组(CK)与低、中、高三个浓度硝普钠(SNP)溶液处理,分别测量青钱柳叶片内活性物质含量以及ABTS和DPPH的自由基清除率.结果表明:外源SNP会显著降低青钱柳叶片内总黄酮含量,显著增加总多酚和多糖的含量,降低总三萜含量但不显著;同时显著性提高了 ABTS和DPPH的清除率;1.0mML SNP处理会提高总多酚、多糖含量,同时能够对青钱柳叶体外抗氧化作用产生积极影响作用.
By studying the effect of the exogenous substance sodium nitrate on the contents of active substances(total flavonoids,total triterpenoids,total polyphenols,polysaccharide)and antioxidant capacity in the leaves of Cyclocarya paliurus,to provide a reference for the development and utilization of the active ingredients of Cyclocarya paliurus.The control group(CK)and three SNP treatments with low,medium and high concentrations were set to determine the contents of active substances in the leaves of Cyclocarya paliurus and the free radical clearance of ABTS and DPPH.Exogenous SNP significantly reduced the total flavonoids content in the Cyclocarya paliurus leaves,but significantly increased in the content of total polyphenols and polysaccharides.Reduction of the content of total triterpenoids was observed but not significant,however,significantly increased the clearance rate of ABTS and DPPH were observed.Treatment of 1.0mML SNP increased the total polyphenols and polysaccharide contents and enhanced the antioxidant capacity of Cyclocarya paliurus leaves in vitro.
