Research Progress on Microclimate in Urban Parks in China:Visual Analysis Based on Cite Space
With the rapid urbanization in China, urban heat island effect has intensified, posing threats to the health of city residents. The microclimate of urban green spaces has become a key factor affecting the living environment of urban inhabitants. In recent years, the discipline of landscape architecture has increasingly focused on the study of the microclimate in urban green spaces. This study utilizes the CiteSpace software to analyze relevant literature from the past twenty years.By organizing keywords,it was found that research on urban microclimate primarily concentrates on microclimate, numerical simulation, and thermal comfort. The study further collates and critically analyzes the sources of literature, the developmental trajectory of research, spatial distribution, and research hotspots. It also delves into the most substantial research areas:the impact of urban green space types and landscape elements on microclimate, the analysis and optimization of urban green space microclimate based on numerical simulation techniques, and the assessment of public thermal comfort in urban green spaces. Finally,in light of the current research characteristics and gaps, the study proposes recommendations for people-centered urban green space planning and design, the integration of multisensory comfort evaluation,long-term microclimate effect assessment, and comparative research across different regions. The aim of this research is to explore the hotspots and trends in urban green space microclimate studies, providing a basis for current research in this area.
