干旱胁迫对4种冬青属植物光合生理的影响

以冬青(Ilex chinensis)、铁冬青(I.rotunda)、光枝刺叶冬青(I.hylonoma var.glabra)和枸骨(I.cornuta)4种冬青属植物的两年生幼苗为试验材料,采用盆栽称重控水法,研究了在不同干旱胁迫条件下4种冬青属植物光合特性的差异.结果显示:(1)冬青的叶绿素含量下降最多,叶绿素a/b升高最多,枸骨叶绿素含量变化最稳定;(2)重度干旱胁迫时,冬青的Pn值均低于其他处理和树种,铁冬青的Pn值下降最多,枸骨最稳定;(3)干旱胁迫下,叶绿素含量与Pn、Gs、Tr呈极显著相关,叶绿素a/b与Pn、Gs、Tr呈极显著负相关.
Effects of Drought Stress on Photosynthetic Physiology in 4 Species of Ilex plants
Two years of Ilex(I.chinensis,I.rotunda,I.hylonoma var.glabra and I.cornuta)were used as experimental materials.Pot weighing and water control method were used.The photosynthetic characteristics in four species of Ilex.under different drought stress conditions were studied.The results showed that:(1)the chlorophyll content of I.chinensis decreased the most,the chlorophyll a/b increased the most,and the chlorophyll content of I.cornuta changed the most stable;(2)Under severe drought stress,the Pn value of I.chinensis was lower than that of other treatments and tree species,and the Pn value of I.rotunda was the most decreased,and I.cornuta was the most stable.(3)Under drought stress,chlorophyll content was significantly correlated with Pn,Gs and Tr,and chlorophyll a/b was negatively correlated with Pn,Gs and Tr.
