Effects of Different Sampling Time on Seed Germination of Robinia pseudoacacia
Three excellent clones of Robinia pseudoacacia,Xing 22,Jiao 29 and Lu 11 were used as materials to study the effect of sampling time on the germination rate of Robinia pseudoacacia seeds.The result showed that:the sampling time had a significant effect on the seed germination rate,whitening rate,hard seed rate and root length of the three Robinia pseudoacacia clones.The seed germination rate of Xing 22 showed a gradual decreasing trend with the delay of sampling time,and the seed germination rate was the highest on July 17,reaching 94.1％.The seed germination rate of Jiao 29 and Lu 11 showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,and the highest seed germination rate of Jiao 29 was on July 27,which was 81.3％,and the highest seed germination rate(72.0％)of Lu 11 was harvested on July 22.There were also some differences in seed germination rates among different clones.
