摘要
本研究选取萱草属3个品种'埃塞斯''磨砂的褶边'和'余烬',利用根尖常规染色体压片技术进行了核型分析.试验结果表明:'埃塞斯'和'磨砂的褶边'为二倍体(2n=2x=22=6m+14sm+2st,2n=2x=22=8m+10sm+4s),'余烬'属于四倍体(2n=2x=44=22m+20sm+2st);3个品种的核型类型分别为3B、2B、2B,不对称系数均在60％以上,分别为66.9％、67.6％和62.4％.
Abstract
In this study,three daylily species,'Aisaisi','Moshadezhebian'and'Yujin',were selected and karyotyped using the root tip conventional chromosome pressing technique.The results showed that'Aisaisi'and'Moshadezhebian'were diploid(2n=2x=22=6m+14sm+2st,2n=2x=22=8m+10sm+4s),'Yujin'belonged to tetraploid(2n=2x=44=22m+20sm+2st);the karyotypes of the three varieties were 3B,2B,and 2B respectively and the asymmetry coefficients were all above 60％,66.9％,67.6％and 62.4％.
