Analysis of NVH performance for a passenger car cab based on HyperMesh
To determine whether the noise vibration harshness(NVH)performance of a passenger vehicle cab meets the specified standards,ANSA in finite element software is used to build the car body model,HyperMesh is used to build the cab acoustic cavity model, and HyperMesh is used to couple the car body model and the acoustic cavity model. The cavity modal analysis and noise transfer function analysis are carried out.The results of acoustic cavity modal analysis show that the sound pressure distribution of each order of the cab model is basically symmetrical, which accords with the sound pressure distribution in the car and the structure of the acoustic cavity modal is reasonable. The results of the noise transfer function analysis show that under the excitation of different directions and positions, the maximum sound pressure level at the right ear of the driver is 55.60 dB,does not exceed the limit value of 57 dB,the maximum sound pressure level at the right ear of rear passenger is 56.25 dB,does not exceed the limit value of 58 dB,and the cab of the vehicle meets the performance requirements of NVH.
