摘要

文章从介绍欧美日等发达国家的中高职衔接的人才培养模式出发,指出了我国现行的汽车专业中高职衔接人才培养模式中存在的弊端,重点探讨了1+X证书制度对现存弊端的有效解决和职业人才培养的引导作用,最后也指出了汽车专业中高职衔接人才培养模式下的1+X证书在具体执行过程存在的若干问题,为后续1+X证书的优化提供了有价值的参考.
