摘要

本文根据高职新专业目录对汽车制造与试验技术专业内涵的重构及国家对跟岗实习的政策导向,结合广西机电职业技术学院汽车制造与试验技术专业特色,构建了"理实交替,三维四阶"递进式人才培养模式,阐述了跟岗实习对高职院校专业人才培养的重要性,从学生、学校、企业三方分析了跟岗实习现状,并针对性提出了"多岗双线"跟岗实习动态管理模式等举措,解决了职业教育跟岗实习难以推进的现实问题,人才培养初见成效,对相关专业的专业建设具有一定的指导意义.
