摘要

目前,我国正处于"制造大国"向"智造大国"转型的时期,制造业亟待转型和升级.而这一过程离不开机械专业人才的努力,作为专门培育机械技术人才的高职院校如何基于社会和市场实际需求与时俱进地培育出高素质和高技能的机械化专业人才是十分重要的问题.本文以高职机械类专业为例,深入探讨了新时代背景下校企深度合作模式,探索构建校企合作的长效机制.
