摘要

拉伸开裂、起皱在冲压生产过程中时有发生,是产生冲压废品的主要因素,而仅靠常规检查很难做到百分之百识别,所以冲压开裂、起皱的零件逃逸到下工序时有发生.故了解生产过程中冲压拉伸开裂、起皱的影响因素及如何预防便显得尤为重要.
