摘要

伴随着教育深化改革的推进,高职院校的生源也呈现出多样化趋势,结合当前高职院校生源的主要分布情况,包含高考、综合评价、中职对口招生、中职转段等方式,在生源多样化的背景下,传统的高职教学模式无法满足现代化教学理念和需求.加上不同生源的文化基础、学习经历以及学习需求存在明显的差异,必须对传统教育单一模式进行有效改革.基于此,本研究以甘肃机电职业技术学院为例,通过分析高职院校生源多样化的现状,发现在教学上存在的问题,有效探讨研究分层分类培养模式的应用.
