摘要

根据售后反馈,客户在提车时发现前、后保险杠两侧与钣金搭接位置存在漆膜起皱剥离问题,客户不满意,影响品牌形象,售后质量抱怨大.本文对零件尺寸、零件注塑质量、油漆涂层质量、结构匹配等影响脱漆的可能因素进行快速调查分析,对脱漆的主要原因进行改进优化,并对改进之后的产品进行试验,验证措施的有效性.
