随着新一轮科技革命的不断深入和数字化技术的广泛应用,汽车智能化和网联化正在快速发展,行业对高素质人才的需求也更加急迫.本文结合"1+X"证书制度研究智能网联汽车专业书证融通发展现状,探讨基于岗位能力的人才培养方法和途径.
