摘要

从多元智能理论的角度出发,以高职院校汽车专业师生、企业专家为调研对象,针对汽车产业高技能人才职业能力培养现状及困境,进行问卷设计、数据采样和统计分析,同时比较、借鉴国内外培养路径优势,提出汽车产业高技能人才职业能力培养路径及策略,为培养我省急需的高素质汽车应用型人才提供政策依据.
