摘要

近年来,产教融合提出,使得许多院校对于人才的培养需求大幅度提高,特别针对高职院校而言,产教融合是产业与教育的深度合作,将产业和教育事业相融合,提高学生的社会实践能力.本文主要在产教融合背景下,以高职机电专业教师团队为对象,着力打造以创新型为主的教师团队,通过了解当前高职院校机电专业教师能力现状及提升需求,来思考如何有效打造高职机电专业创新型教师团队.
