摘要

本文以广西玉林农业学校学校汽修专业为例论述通过以岗定课、课证融通、以赛促教的课程改革、外引内优、校企共建的双师型教师队伍建设、"虚实一体,训赛考产多功能"实训基地建设、以及建设多元立体化评价体系构建等方式开展岗课赛证融合人才改革,为中职汽修专业人才培养改革提供参考.
