摘要

"1+X证书制度"与产教融合是当下职业教育的热词,两者如何有机结合,以确保人才培养过程中形成互补互助关系,是一件十分重要与迫切的事情.本文基于"1+X证书制度"与产教融合的契合度分析,结合人才培养过程中存在的问题,以"引企入校"工程的实践为例,介绍了诸暨市职业教育中心(以下简称学校)汽修专业开展的产学研训一体化及岗课赛证融通的实践过程,同时研究并提出了"1+X证书制度"背景下产教融合人才培养模式如何完善与优化.
