摘要

根据国家对职业教育提出的新要求,针对目前汽车维修专业业在人才培养过程中出现的课程体系建设缺乏系统性研究、考核标准单一、师资队伍建设有待提高等问题,本研究提出了"产教融合、校企合作、中高职一体化"人才培养模式,从原来的"以就业为导向"转变为"就业与升学并重",切实抓好符合职业教育特点的中高职教育,在保证学生技术技能培养质量的基础上,加入文化基础教育,使职业教育更加贴近产业德实际需求,旨在为社会培养高素质的汽车维修专业技能人才,推动国家汽车产业高质量发展.
