摘要

学校与企业深度合作,实施现代学徒制汽车维修人才培养模式,能够实现产教融合、工学交替人才培养目标,提高学生核心竞争力,提高学校就业率,实现课程体系创新,也能够为企业输送高素质汽车维修专业人才,从而实现学生、学校和企业的共同进步和发展.本文对现代学徒制、现代学徒制人才培养的特点、校企合作模式下汽车维修人才培养的现状进行研究和分析,并提出了几点校企合作模式下现代学徒制汽车维修人才培养路径,以期为相关人员提供参考.
