摘要

近年来,我国二手车市场规模不断扩大,但由于评估人才缺乏,二手车市场长期存在车辆信息不透明、鉴定评估不专业、交易流程不严谨等问题.急需通过开展二手车评估师职业培训,提高评估队伍的技能水平,促进二手车市场健康发展.在终身教育理念下,通过《二手车评估与交易》精品在线开放课程建设,为不同学习者呈现形式多样、碎片化的二手车评估与交易知识,深化教学改革,提高学习者的学习主动性,对提升高职院校教学质量,建立国家终身教育有一定的积极作用.
