摘要

在新能源车购车补贴、牌照发放等多重利好政策下,北京新能源汽车大大增加,高校教职工及校外访客新能源汽车数量随之逐年提高.对校园内的新能源汽车使用情况进行详细调查,并对新能源汽车使用过程中存在的问题和教职工实际的用车的需求进行分析,提出有效的解决方案.从电力环境,充电桩选址,快慢桩配比,建设模式,安全管理等方面提出解决方案.一切从师生需求出发,完善充电设施和服务,更好的服务学校的双一流建设.
